At Maxi Mart, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. But, you must have the Unboxing Videos.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Include your Order Number and the Reason for the return/exchange.
Wait for our team to provide specific instructions. Please note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔄 Return Options

| 1. Customer Courier | Ship the product back at your own cost. Once inspected, we refund the product price only (excluding delivery fees). |
| 2. Maxi Mart Pickup | (Dhaka Only) Pickup takes 3–5 business days. A refund will be issued minus the delivery charge after inspection. |
| Faulty Items | If the error is ours (e.g., wrong or defective item), Maxi Mart will cover all shipping costs. |
💳 Refund Policy
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
Non-Refundable: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🛑 Important Conditions
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are worn, used, damaged, or washed.
Products missing original tags or packaging.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund, provided it hasn't shipped.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
